The Spring 2026 Cycle brought together 28 Student Consultants and six startups, SMEs, and NGOs at Station Copenhagen. Over eight to nine weeks, Student Consultants worked on projects spanning market expansion, go to market strategy, organizational transformation, commercial validation, and strategic growth initiatives.
The cycle focused on helping organizations validate new opportunities, strengthen their market positioning, and transform ideas into scalable strategies. Student Consultants worked closely with clients through real consulting engagements, workshops, and mentorship, supporting both commercial growth and organizational development across a wide range of industries.

Startups, SMEs, and NGOs we collaborated with during the cycle:
Robe Trotting ApS: A Danish media and content platform supporting internationals living in Denmark through podcasts and digital content. Project focus: Developed monetization strategies, assessed market positioning, and supported outbound commercial activities and brand partnership opportunities.
SynapTree ApS: A Copenhagen based EdTech startup focused on sustainability learning and interactive educational formats. Project focus: Assessed commercial direction, revenue models, brand positioning, and go to market opportunities across B2B and B2C segments.
Opinoma: A Danish EdTech platform helping educational institutions improve teaching quality and student wellbeing through feedforward evaluation systems. Project focus: Supported scaling strategy, market positioning, stakeholder mapping, and data commercialization opportunities.
Hospitunity ApS: A Danish platform strengthening the hospitality industry through talent matching and ethical workplace standards. Project focus: Developed a UK focused market expansion strategy, competitor analysis, and go to market recommendations.
Maternity Foundation: An international Danish NGO focused on safer childbirths and healthcare education in low resource settings. Project focus: Supported organizational communication, leadership capacity building, and employee engagement initiatives during organizational transformation.
Early stage startup within sustainable mobility: A startup focused on B2B electric bicycles in Denmark. Project focus: Conducted market research, competitor analysis, and developed strategic recommendations for go to market and commercial positioning.
During the cycle, Millennial Consulting collaborated with consulting partners and industry professionals who contributed workshops and mentorship.
Deloitte: One of the world’s largest professional services firms, providing audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services globally. Delivered an agile-focused workshop for Millennial Consulting’s management team, strengthening collaboration, adaptability, and project execution capabilities.
DYNACAP: A Danish consultancy specializing in commercial transformation through Salesforce optimization. Hosted a Salesforce-focused workshop introducing Student Consultants to CRM-driven scaling and commercial infrastructure within consulting.
PwC: A multinational professional services network providing audit, advisory, and consulting services globally. Facilitated consulting and team-building workshops during Kick Off Weekend and mentored two consulting teams throughout the cycle.
BearingPoint: An independent management and technology consultancy advising organizations on strategy, operations, and digital transformation. Delivered a project management workshop and mentored one consulting team throughout the cycle.
Scai Change: A consultancy focused on human-centered transformation, AI, and organizational change. Hosted a workshop focused on human-centered consulting and the strategic use of AI within consulting and change management.
Round: A Danish management consultancy focused on strategy execution and operational transformation. Delivered a workshop on holistic problem solving and mentored three consulting teams throughout the cycle.
Henrique Campos Amorim: Former headhunter and international professional with experience navigating the Danish job market. Led a professional development workshop focused on CVs, LinkedIn optimization, outreach strategies, and career positioning.
