Are you interested in Consulting and want to actively shape the future of a student-led consultancy striving to make a change in Danish society? Are you eager to gain new skills working alongside motivated and enthusiastic people from different background?

At Millennial Consulting we have some exciting open positions within our Communications, HR & Recruitment, Network and Finance teams! As a member of the Leadership Team you will have the chance to make a tangible impact within the organisation, and the opportunity to take on a Team Lead position later on.

Who are you:

  • A student in your second or third year of Bachelor’s or first year of Master’s
  • A dynamic and proactive individual with good problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • A team player who is not afraid of taking on additional challenges
  • Ideally able to commit for at least one year

Open positions for Communications Team

1. Head of Communications
  • Good leadership skills with experience in managing a team
  • Overseeing the whole Communications timeline, which spans throughout the semester, and ensure deadlines are met in due time
  • Proven flair for Communications/Marketing/Social Media (work, volunteering, personal projects)
2. Visual Communications Manager
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or similar)
  • An organised approach with ability to meet strict deadlines
3. SoMe Manager
  • Interest in learning more about Communications & Social Media
  • Interest/experience in designing the website (WordPress)

Open positions for HR & Recruitment Team

1. Head of HR & Recruitment
  • Good leadership skills with experience in managing a team
  • Overseeing the whole Recruitment timeline, which spans throughout the semester, and ensure deadlines are met in due time
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration within different Leadership Team’s departments
  • Shaping the expansion of HR function

 Previous experience in HR and Talent Acquisition is a plus but not mandatory

2. HR & Recruitment Manager (2 open positions)
  • Managing the Recruitment process of new Student Consultants and Leadership Team members
  • Ensuring a high level of satisfaction among Student Consultants for the project duration
  • Strong communications skills to represent Millennial outside the organization
  • Shaping the expansion of HR function

An organised approach with ability to meet strict deadlines is required

Open positions for Network Team

Network Manager
  • Fostering relationships with other student organizations within the Station community
  • Organizing promotion activities for the recruitment process
  • Expanding Millennial’s network to external organizations outside Station’s umbrella

The ability to work independently as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must

Open positions for Finance Team

Head of Finance
  • Keeping track of funds allocated to Millennial
  • Maintaining Millennial’s P&L and each department’s budget
  • Accounting and invoicing of organisational and departmental expenses

A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently are a must
